Rush Symbols

When the game began, I noted that a high-paying symbol had been selected to be the Rush symbol for the next 20 spins. When I got 3 of these symbols on the reels, the reels they landed on locked in place and I was awarded a respin of the remaining reels. When another Rush symbol landed during this respin, I was granted another respin. This process eventually led me to trigger the Lucky Draw bonus feature.

Lucky Draw

Landing at least one Rush symbol on each reel led me to a new grid where the triggering symbols were locked in place and all other positions were empty. Only new Rush symbols and blanks could land as I was awarded 3 respins, which reset to 3 every time I landed a new Rush symbol. Filling the grid with rush symbols or running out of respins ended the feature and I was awarded a prize according to how many Rush symbols were in view.

Fortune Rush slot has a definite retro appeal, but the action can feel watered-down at times. This slot’s theme isn’t that memorable; however, it adequately conveys a mythical Asian feeling with simple, well-constructed graphics. The base game offers enough excitement to keep it interesting, thanks to the rotating Rush symbol that can set off chains of respins. The Lucky Draw feature is also respin focused but without any major stated winning potential, it does less to excite than the Rush symbol.

Fortune Rush isn’t out to break any moulds, but it does cater to players who prefer more classic themes, frequent wins, and the prospect of collecting the game’s maximum potential payout of $235 000.
