Canadian players can now play NYX Gaming games after the site online gaming provider received the stamp of approval from Canada’s gaming regulators.
NYX Gaming has the distinction of being one of the leading suppliers of games and content used by online casinos, bingo operators, online lottery operators and sportsbooks. The company is headquartered in the US.
Canada’s online gambling laws and regulations are quite complicated, and can often be confusing. However, some of the approvals lie with provincial governments and the three jurisdictions where online betting and gambling is legal have given thumbs up to NYX Gaming. The company can now offer its online gambling products in Quebec, Nova Scotia and British Columbia.
NYX partnered with another online gambling powerhouse back in December of 2015.
This approval was welcomed by Matt Davey, CEO, NYX Gaming, stated that the approval demonstrates NYX Gaming’s determination to operate within the realms of the regulated gaming industry. The approval allows the company to expand its presence in the world of sportsbook and gaming content services throughout Canada.
Mr. Davey pointed out that ever since NYX Gaming’s initial public offer, the focus has been on technology, content and capabilities to grow in a regulated online gambling environment. The company is looking forward to providing the best content and technology in Canada and will be working in close collaboration with each province’s gaming regulators.
