Habanero

Habanero, a rising star in the slot and table game provision sector, has been awarded a Critical Gaming Supply License from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

Acquiring The MGA license is a momentous achievement for the brand and results from three years of hard work and the resulting growth and development of Habanero across Europe. The company also recently secured a partnership with EGT Digital.

Habanero’s games attract players thanks to their engrossing gameplay, stunning graphics, and atmospheric audio. The developer’s collection of over 100 games has gained a significant following with numerous operators across 14 European markets.

The MGA license empowers Habanero to cultivate preliminary partnerships with Malta-situated Scandinavian operators and German-facing companies.

From the horse’s mouth

Representatives from Habanero emphasised how the company’s recent growth has made it one of the fastest growing providers in Europe and gave recognition to their teams for making this a reality.

Arcangelo Lonoce, Head of Business Development Europe at Habanero elaborated, “Our growth in the last few years across markets such as Italy has established Habanero as one of Europe’s fastest-growing providers, so we’re absolutely thrilled to be entering the next phase in our company’s development with one of the industry’s must-have accreditations.

“Thanks to the outstanding work of all our global teams, the wonderful world of Habanero is now set to reach more European players than ever before. We can’t wait to see what our new partners and markets will make of our content, and we look forward to announcing more new partnerships soon enough.”

The supplier’s offering also includes in-game promotional tools geared towards boosting player engagement. Some of Habanero’s partnerships include some of the industry’s most prominent names, such as LeoVegas, Bet365, and Playtech.

Glancing behind the curtain

Founded in 2012, Habanero has offices across Asia, Europe, and Africa. The company’s employee count currently stands at 200; a talent bank that delivers efficient workflow, enhanced customer support, and innovation that rivals Habanero’s largest competitors.
