MoneyMatrix PayPal

MoneyMatrix and PayPal have formed a new alliance that will allow the iGaming clients of payment processing gateways to offer players PayPal top-up and withdrawals functionality in 14 EU countries and the UK. The deal will see PayPal being easily integrated by iGaming operators.

Casino operators and bookmakers currently using MoneyMatrix can now offer players the option of using PayPal to handle their payments.

Efficiency is key

MoneyMatrix’s offering includes convenient and user-friendly payment methods for iGaming clients. The company’s stated vision is to simplify the payment process for all users, as well as improving accessibility.

The CEO of MoneyMatrix Samoil Dolejan commented on the partnership, saying that PayPal is already one of the most popular payment methods worldwide, making it ‘only natural’ for the two companies to join forces.

Dolejan seemed thrilled at the prospect of his company’s clients using PayPal’s solutions.

He said, “Players in 14 EU countries and the UK will now be able to select PayPal as their preferred payment method, which is highly convenient and definitely an added benefit for operators using MoneyMatrix. There is no gambling without payments, and we are dedicated to helping our clients run their operations smoothly and effectively while giving them access to a vast portfolio of global and local payment methods.”

As part of the new deal, iGaming operators can send and receive payments from and to players via PayPal. The service will launch in several countries, including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Dolejan further stated that over the last 2 decades, PayPal has become of the most popular digital payment solutions in the world. The PayPal service creates an efficient and affordable environment for financial services and commerce by leveraging technology. PayPal has more than 350 million users in over 200 markets.

In 2020, the company banned German gamblers from using PayPal accounts for online casino transactions.

PayPal veteran status is contrasted by MoneyMatrix’s relative newness in the market. A single integration, developed by the payment solutions company offers payment routine functions, risk management, and KYC solutions globally.
